- US and Canadian citizens may bring a birth certificate with a valid photo id in lieu of a passport
- This activity requires some light walking, including in and out of the bus
- This excursion cannot accommodate guests with service animals or mobility assistive devices/wheelchairs unless accompanied by a caregiver
Meeting Point
ALL GUESTS, INCLUDING CHILDREN, MUST BRING PASSPORTS AND ANY OTHER REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION for all tours with our company. Photo copies ARE NOT permitted. Photo ID and birth certificates are not acceptable unless the guest is a U.S. or Canadian citizen. You will be met at the end of your cruise ship dock by a representative of Skagway Tours 15 minutes prior to departure. Due to the nature of our tours we must depart on time. Look for a representative holding a RED sign that reads, "SKAGWAY TOURS." Railroad Dock – Please go to the "ZONE B" checkpoint, near the pavilian, this is adjacent to the area where shuttles and tenders will drop you off. Broadway Dock - Walk to the end of the pier "foot bridge" to the parking lot directly in front of your ship. Ore Dock - Walk to the sea green weather shelter which is located past port security to the right, and on the dock next to the parking lot and the cruise ship.
